Dress Comfy and pre-hydrate! We’ll get started with a full initial session of FSM so you may begin to experience relief from pain, inflammation, and anxiety.
Follow Up Appointments
Our follow up visits will consist of 60-minute session using 4 devices of FSM concurrently, thus addressing multiple systems in each session. Sessions include FSM frequency treatment, pain management techniques, manual adjustments, individualized exercise, and lifestyle adjustments to get you further faster. You’ll leave our session feeling relaxed and empowered.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) is a relaxing therapeutic technique that uses low levels of electrical current at specific frequencies to enhance your body's natural healing processes. An FSM session typically lasts 45 to 75 minutes, being customized to the individual needs and the complexity of your condition and symptoms. Initial evaluations are 80 minutes and include intake, eval and first FSM session. Follow up visits are generally scheduled for an hour.

During an FSM session, you will be comfortably positioned on your back or side using pillows, blankets, and a red heat lamp. I apply warm damp towels to your skin, usually neck, belly, and feet or specific to the area of concern. You may feel mild sensations of energy moving through your body, and the treatment feels relaxing and slightly euphoric. Most patients doze or meditate and feel refreshed for their day following. To prepare, I ask my patients to dress comfortably and pre-hydrate 2 quarts of water in the am prior to our session.

The number of sessions required varies based on individual conditions and treatment goals. Many patients notice improvement after a few sessions. I discuss the plan and scope of treatment with each of my patients after our first eval and treatment.
